GREAT COMPANY. I just moved from NYC and our rental was infested! Bug off came the same day and were very attentive. They then called to follow up and sent the same guy out here to make sure I am taken care of. I am now a regular customer and will recommend to all my friends.

I have called for a called for a raccoon issue, about a month and half ago. The technician Raooul called me he was on his way as i direct and it was after 5 pm. He Looked tried, i offer him water and he said please but first let me take care of your raccoon problem. he wasn't scare and i ask where are you take it he said a state park to be free. this is animal care for this company. to top it off he came back the next day with a cage. Professional at it first.

Best bug service I have experienced in Florida. I had many problems in my condo unit. I called another company that didn't help. Bug Off came and solved it all... termites and roaches.

This is a dependable pest control company that has been in business for many years in South Florida. They are reliable and professional, and always take care of issues promptly. Their technicians are always courteous and friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Okay so I've been having a problem with German cockroaches and honestly the staff in the office has been excellent including Emily which I've been setting up times to spray and also this company is very secure I can put my key on my porch and it is back in the same spot also one of the guys has key to spray never anything missing truly excellence
I only hope they can help me further in getting rid of this problem which seems to be working fingers crossed we shall see
